Maya Le Tissier has joined the 23-player squad for England's forthcoming UEFA Women's EURO qualifying fixtures against France.
The 22-year-old was originally named in the four-player standby squad, but has been awarded a place in competing squad after Niamh Charles withdraws due to injury.
Charles has sustained a calf-injury and will remain with Chelsea to undergo treatment and rehabilitation.
Le Tissier is a regular contender in the youth groups for England, after being capped in the U17's, U19's and U23's.
The defender received her first senior call-up in November 2022 in friendlies against Japan and Norway, and was later named as a standby for the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2022.
Birmingham City goalkeeper Lucy Thomas has also joined the squad on standby.
Thomas replaces Southampton goalkeeper Kayla Rendell, who is currently recuperating from an ankle injury.
The Lionesses arrived today at St George's Park as they prepare for the double header against France, beginning in Newcastle on Friday 31 May.
