Wiktoria Fronc does more than football, the Hashtag United star has completed an ironman, ran multiple marathons and willcompete in a 24-hour tough Mudder competition in the upcoming months. Wiktoria does all this whilst still being a key player for her club.
How many other athletes can say they have done this?

Last year Wiktoria competed in the strenuous Ironman challenge, where she completed a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a 26.22-mile marathon run all after one another. The midfielder completed a total of 140.6 miles within the space of one day. Fronk competed in this after a successful season for Hashtag; she spent time in Italy training for this competition.
Wiktoria has another physically enduring challenge ahead of her as she is preparing to take part in the 24-hour world's toughest Mudder in order to raise money for Save the children this June. Throughout this she will be battling through wet mud, ice baths, electric shocks, harsh terrain and running of no sleep.
The obstacle course is an exhausting 5-mile loop featuring over 20 obstacles which are designed to test strength, agility and mental grit. The aim is to complete as many laps as possible within the 24-hours.

This March Wiktoria added a marathon onto her completion list, as she completed the Rome marathon with a sub 4:30. The Rome marathon tends to be quite flat but is still challenging as close to the final ten kilometres it is all cobblestone paths.
Wiktoria managed to complete her first full marathon without any proper preparation for a marathon, which shows her incredible fitness levels as well as mental capability.
The Hashtag United midfielder has also completed multiple half-marathons in the past couple of years. She has run in New York and Edinburgh, and once again she had not prepared for the New York half-marathon but still completed it in 2 hours and 2 minutes. Her second half marathon saw her beat her previoustime and complete the Edinburgh half-marathon in under 2 hours. Her time was 1 hour and 53 minutes.

Wiktoria also completes physically demanding obstacle courses which are a real test on her endurance. She completes all these different courses to raise money for charity as well as to show that it is possible to do even when you do not get the full preparation needed. The ambitious athlete completed all of these at the age of just 21-years-old and has so much more to come.
The 22-year-old has previously played for Arsenal, West Ham, and London City Lionesses as well as spending time in the States before joining the Tags. The Polish international has also made international appearances for the under squads.
Hashtag United are hunting down promotion this season with them currently sitting second in the FA Women's National League South with them being three points behind Ipswich United with only two games of the season remaining.

Wiktoria will be looking to make an impact and help the Tags get promotion as well as complete a strong training session ahead of her upcoming individual competitions.
